This ring is made with 925 sterling silver and is adjustable. The base size is size 7, but it can be adjusted both ways up to 3-4 sizes by gently pinching or pulling the sides. You can also choose to add crushed birthstone or shimmer to your inclusions. If you do not, your piece will come with plain ashes/grave dirt/flowers, etc.
